Hybrid Concept
At Masisso-Eh, each part of the day tells a different story.
In the morning (7:00 AM – 11:30 AM), our bakery awakens with the aroma of freshly baked bread — all made with 100% organic flour and natural fermentation.
By lunchtime (11:30 AM – 4:00 PM), the bakery and kitchen come together. Guests can enjoy both our artisan breads and authentic Korean BBQ dishes, blending freshness with bold flavor.
As evening falls (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM), the space transforms into a cozy Korean BBQ restaurant, where sizzling grills and warm hospitality create a perfect end to the day.
Our hybrid concept is designed to offer something unique for every hour — from morning coffee and fresh loaves to hearty meals and unforgettable dinners.

Bakery Philosophy & Features
At Masisso-Eh, our philosophy is simple — bake honestly, naturally, and fresh every day. We believe that real bread begins with pure ingredients, time, and care.
1. 100% Organic Flour
Every loaf is made exclusively with certified organic flour — never with additives, preservatives, or artificial enhancers.
2. Freshly Baked Daily
We bake all our breads fresh each morning. At the end of the day (around 5 PM), remaining loaves are offered at about 50% off for quick sale. Anything unsold after that is donated or responsibly discarded, because good food should never go to waste.
3. Stone-Hearth Baking
All our breads are baked in a stone-hearth oven, creating a signature crispy crust and soft, tender interior that define true artisan bread.
Signature Breads
Artisan Sourdough Bread
Our signature loaf — naturally leavened with wild starter only, without yeast, oil, or sugar. Fermented overnight to develop a deep, balanced flavor and gentle sweetness. (The same dough is used for both our Artisan Sourdough Loaf and Rolls.)
Artisan Sourdough Cranberry Walnut
A wholesome sourdough enriched with cranberries and walnuts — mildly sweet, nutty, and full of texture.
Golden Multi seed Bread
Made with organic whole-wheat flour and a nourishing mix of sunflower, pumpkin, millet, and poppy seeds.
Organic French Bread
Classic and simple — made with organic flour and levain, no sugar or oil. Round in shape with a light crust and soft, airy crumb.
Organic Italian Bread
Baked in traditional Italian style using organic flour and levain. Crispy outside, soft and aromatic inside — the perfect balance of texture and flavor.

All our dishes are rooted in traditional Korean recipes, then refined to match local preferences — less spicy, slightly sweeter, and more tangy. We use plenty of fresh vegetables instead of boiled ones, presenting our meals in a light, salad-style way that feels fresh and modern.
2. True Korean BBQ Concept
Our meats are marinated in house-made sauces and aged overnight to deepen flavor. Each piece is grilled over open flame, delivering the smoky aroma and tenderness that define true Korean BBQ. This approach combines the heritage of Korean dining with modern, approachable flavors that everyone can enjoy.

At Masisso-Eh, we proudly make and sell our kimchi in-house, following traditional Korean fermentation methods passed down through generations.
